Deposit & Cancellation Policy

    1. Appointment Deposits

    Due to the premium nature of our services and the significant time blocked off for each vehicle, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

    • The deposit amount varies based on the service scheduled (e.g., PPF, Ceramic Coating, Window Tint).
    • Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
    • The deposit is applied directly to the final balance of your invoice.

    2. Material Ordering

    For services requiring specific materials (e.g., custom Colored PPF, specific Stealth films, or pre-cut kits for your exact vehicle model), materials are ordered immediately upon deposit receipt. Because these materials are custom-ordered for your vehicle, the deposit covers these upfront costs and is strictly non-refundable.

    3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

    We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled drop-off time.

    • With 48+ hours' notice: Your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date (one-time transfer allowed).
    • With less than 48 hours' notice: Your deposit is forfeited to cover the lost shop time. A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.
    • Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel entirely instead of rescheduling, the deposit is forfeited.

    4. No-Show Policy

    If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior communication ("no-show"), your deposit is immediately forfeited. We reserve the right to decline future service requests or require full payment upfront for future bookings.

    5. Late Arrivals

    Please arrive on time for your scheduled drop-off. If you are running more than 30 minutes late, please contact us immediately. Significant delays may require us to reschedule your appointment to ensure we have adequate time to perform our services to our premium standards, which may result in deposit forfeiture.

    6. Mobile Service Requirements

    For mobile appointments, the customer must provide a suitable environment as discussed during booking (e.g., a clean, enclosed garage with adequate lighting and power). If our team arrives and the environment is deemed unsuitable for a quality installation, the appointment will be cancelled, and the deposit forfeited to cover travel and lost time.
