WARRANTY & STANDARDS
A warranty is only as good as the shop standing behind it. Here is what you need to know about PPF warranties, our workmanship guarantee, and what to avoid.
THE MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
We install premium films from XPEL, STEK, and Profection Technology. These manufacturers provide robust warranties (typically 10 years) that cover the film itself against defects.
- Yellowing or discoloration
- Cracking or crazing
- Bubbling from the adhesive failing
- Delamination
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
Manufacturer warranties do not cover damage caused by the environment or improper care. This includes:
- Damage from pressure washers held too close to edges
- Water spots from hard water left to bake in the sun
- Damage from harsh chemicals or automated car washes
- Physical damage from accidents or extreme rock impacts
OUR WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE
The film warranty doesn't cover a bad installation. If a shop leaves tension lines, dirt under the film, or lifting edges, that is on them. At CDA Auto Styling, we stand behind our installations. If an edge lifts due to our installation process, we fix it. We strive for invisible, seamless protection.
