1. Agreement to Terms
By scheduling an appointment, requesting an estimate, or authorizing work with CDA Auto Styling, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a clear understanding of our premium automotive protection services.
2. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates provided (verbal, written, or digital) are approximate and subject to change based on the actual condition of the vehicle upon physical inspection.
- Heavily soiled vehicles, existing paint damage, or previous low-quality film installations may require additional preparation time, incurring extra costs.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice until a deposit is secured and an appointment is confirmed.
3. Vehicle Condition & Preparation
We require vehicles to arrive relatively clean for proper inspection.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to: rock chips, scratches, swirl marks, clear coat failure, or interior wear and tear.
- While we take the utmost care, CDA Auto Styling is not liable for damage to loose or poorly secured interior/exterior trim pieces, aftermarket accessories, or previously repainted panels that may peel during the prep or installation process.
4. Installation Expectations & Limitations
Our goal is perfection, but Paint Protection Film (PPF), Ceramic Coatings, and Window Tint are installed by humans, not machines.
- PPF: Minor dust specks, slight edge lifting during the curing process, or tiny relief cuts may occur. These are normal and do not affect the performance of the film.
- Cure Time: PPF and Window Tint require a cure time of up to 30 days depending on environmental conditions. Do not wash the vehicle or roll down tinted windows during the initial cure period specified by our technicians.
- Mobile Services: Environmental factors (dust, wind, temperature) at mobile locations may affect the installation quality. We require a suitable, enclosed environment for mobile PPF or Ceramic Coating installations.
5. Payment Terms
Payment in full is due upon completion of the service before the vehicle is released. We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved financing options. A deposit is required to secure an appointment (see our Deposit & Cancellation Policy).
6. Liability Limitations
CDA Auto Styling is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or articles left in vehicles in case of fire, theft, accident, or any other cause beyond our control. Customers are advised to remove all personal belongings before dropping off their vehicle.
7. Intellectual Property & Media
We reserve the right to photograph and record video of your vehicle before, during, and after the service. This media may be used for marketing, advertising, and portfolio purposes on our website and social media channels. License plates will be obscured upon request.
8. Force Majeure
CDA Auto Styling shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform services due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, or supply chain disruptions.
