It’s a scenario we see all too often at our Riverside facility: a frustrated vehicle owner comes in with paint protection film that is peeling, bubbling, or severely yellowed—often just a few months after paying another shop to install it. We call this premature failure, and it almost always comes down to installation shortcuts.

1. Poor Surface Decontamination
